After successful registration, Wahda will automatically assign a number to the user according to system rules; this number is the Wahda account. Users must set a password that meets security requirements.

Article 4 The user guarantees that the identity information filled in when registering for a Wahda account is true. The user shall bear responsibility for any consequences arising from illegal, untrue, or inaccurate user information. Users should continuously update their registration details to meet the requirements of timeliness, completeness, truthfulness, and accuracy. Accordingly, before canceling this account, please ensure that you have properly handled the Benefits under the account or that the related Benefits have been settled. Once you cancel this account, if there are still Benefits under the account at that time (including but not limited to virtual items and other value-added services generated during the use of the account that have not expired or been used, and Benefits that may be generated in the future), it will be deemed that you voluntarily waive such Benefits. The official party has the right to clear all Benefits under the account, and the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by you. The aforementioned Benefits include but are not limited to: membership rights, levels; all data related to character growth and upgrading (including but not limited to experience points, honor points, etc.); unused virtual items (such as coupons, coins, etc.); other value-added services that have been purchased but have not expired or been fully used; other Benefits that have been generated but not consumed, or future expected Benefits, etc.

Article 25 When recharging, you must carefully confirm your account and carefully select relevant operation options. If you recharge to the wrong account, select the wrong recharge type, fill in the wrong recharge amount or encounter other similar situations due to non-Wahda factors such as your own incorrect account input, improper operation or failure to understand the recharge pricing method, Wahda will not refund the money, nor make any compensation or indemnification.

Article 26 If Wahda discovers a processing error caused by system failure or other reasons, whether it is in favor of Wahda or you, Wahda shall have the right to correct such error after notifying you via in-site private message or other reasonable means. If this measure results in the quantity of "Kcoins" actually received by you being less than the quantity of "Kcoins" you should have obtained, Wahda will make up the difference to your account as soon as possible after confirming the processing error. If the error results in the quantity of "Kcoins" actually received by you being more than the quantity of "Kcoins" you should have obtained, Wahda shall have the right to directly deduct the difference from your account regardless of the nature and cause of the error. You may check the balance of your "Kcoins" on the mobile APP at any time. If you have any objection to the record, you shall raise it to Wahda immediately. Wahda will make corrections if any error is confirmed after verification.

Article 27 According to the product functions of the Company, for the virtual coins purchased by you on other products and platforms operated by the Company ("Associated Platforms"):

(1) If such virtual coins can be used on Wahda, they shall be calculated together with the "Kcoins" purchased by you on Wahda and have the same scope of use. In such case, your act of using the virtual coins of the Associated Platforms on Wahda shall also be governed by this Agreement (regardless of whether the aforementioned virtual coins of the Associated Platforms are referred to as "Kcoins" or other names on Wahda); conversely, if your "Kcoins" are used on the Associated Platforms through the aforesaid method, your act of using "Kcoins" on the Associated Platforms shall be governed by both the recharge agreement of the Associated Platforms and the relevant terms of rules;

Chapter 8: Modification, Interruption, Termination of Service

Article 33 The user fully understands and agrees: The services, products, or content provided to you by Wahda may be modified, suspended, interrupted, or terminated due to changes in laws and regulations, regulatory policies, product plans, operational conditions, etc., including but not limited to the permanent or temporary removal of services, products, or content, cessation of providing downloads, cessation of providing VIP membership services, modification, replacement, addition, or deletion of product content, etc. The aforementioned measures take effect immediately upon implementation, and Wahda is exempt from liability for this.
